Terms of Use

These terms cover using this website, building a configuration, and holding a My Cresta account. They are not the contract for buying a boat — that is a separate written agreement.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse the site, build configurations and request a quotation. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts that are not yours, or copy the site's photography and written content for use elsewhere without asking.

Configurations and quotations are not offers

The configurator is a tool for describing the boat you have in mind. A saved configuration is not an order, not a reservation, and not a price. Specifications, equipment availability and lead times are those the builder publishes and can change. Nothing on this site forms a binding offer to sell.

A quotation prepared by a Cresta Marine advisor sets out its own validity and terms, and those prevail over anything shown here.

My Cresta accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your credentials. Accounts are approved individually, and we may decline or withdraw access to the private portal — for example where an account was created on behalf of a business relationship that has ended.

Availability

We try to keep the site working and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or entirely free of error. Parts of it may be unavailable during maintenance.

Third-party services

Some pages link to other organisations — for example a finance partner on the yacht financing page. Those organisations set their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or their decisions.

Liability, governing law and disputes

Awaiting approval. This section is not yet confirmed and should not be relied upon.

The limitation of liability, the governing law and the courts or forum in which a dispute would be resolved are legal positions the business has to take deliberately. They are not stated here because they have not been settled, and inventing them would be worse than their absence.
