Hurghada opens onto the same island chain and reef systems as El Gouna, with Giftun and the anchorages around it within comfortable reach. It is a bigger, busier working coastline, and the boats that suit it are the ones that are stable at speed, easy to move around safely, and comfortable enough that a long day out is genuinely restful rather than something to recover from.
